We all know the reach of Indigo flights. They are one of largest airline that have two-fifths domestic shares. Now they announced that the president of Indigo Aditya Ghosh is resigning form their post effectively form 31st of July.

Now the airlines CO-Founder or you may promoter Rahul Bhatia will take a responsibility of CEO means he assumed as an interim CEO of Indigo till company will not come up with next CEO. While Ghosh will continue as till july as a tenure director.
In this announcement also said that they are going to hire Gregory Taylor as a senor advisor and he will directly report to Bhatia, And also board are looking forward the next president or CEO would be Gregory Taylor.
Company till give any valid reason why Ghosh resigned or changing their leader while end of march when they came up with board meeting to present their quarterly budget report.
We all are seeing that the criticism of Indigo last few months under the leadership of Ghosh, there are so many complained came due to misbehavior of Indigo staff as well as there are so many technical issues also came up with engine that might be reason to resign or board had decided, this the time to change their leadership.
Since last ten year, it has been taking care of Indigo branding and trying to building a satisfying task building for Indigo as well as the customer relationship. Now this is the time to take step off from treadmill and may be in near/coming future enter on next adventure, quoting Ghosh.
Bhatia doing the warm welcome for Taylor’s decision to rejoin Indigo company. He served IndiGo between 2016 and 2017 as executive vice president of network planning and revenue management. As well as company added one statement telling that Taylor’s has 40 years of experience in airlines industries that will help company.
Bhatia said that, we thank Aditya for their hard work and his contribution toward company success that company enjoyed last 10 years. And also told that Taylor’s exp to understanding the various complexity that will help company to grow and it is invaluable to our future plans.
